About Me
EXPERIENCE
I am a Principal Enterprise Solutions Architect and a Thought-Leader driving the Digital Transformation for Client Enterprises & my Company (End-to-end Solution Architecture, System Integration Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology & Domain Advisory, App & Platform Modernizations, Cloud Transformation and Business Cases for Executives) aligned to organization Strategy, Roadmap and Business Objectives for creating Digital Products and Services along with great End Customer Experiences.
Overall, I have 19 years of outstanding experience in Media & Broadcast and Telecom domains. I have performed various functions such as End-to-end Architecture, Solution Architecture, Design & Development, Agile Squads Product Owner, Agile Squads Scrum Master, Project Management, DevOps CI/CD Engineering, Professional Services, Presales Solutioning & Consulting and Community Building. I have executed various Client engagements in UK & Europe regions across Media & Entertainment, Telecom and Manufacturing domains. I have experience in different technologies such as Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems, RDBMS & NoSQL Databases, Microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps CI-CD, Enterprise Integrations, Data Engineering, AI Computer Vision, IoT, Data Privacy and Security. From the Domain perspective, I am a Specialist in IPTV & OTT, subject expert in Telecom BSS & OSS and Practitioner in Telecom Networks.
As part of my company group level leadership team, I am driving the Technology, Domain & Innovation Practice along with Community Building for growing the wider Knowledge Base. I engage with Partners, practice teams, industry accounts and horizontal service line units for technology initiatives, knowledge share & gain, architecture practice and strategizing the capabilities. I evangelize digital transformation, new technology aspects, architecture standards, Industry Trends, best practices, common solutions and end-to-end alignment as per the business value streams. I collaborate and provide solutioning [technical, domain & business] and guidance for the teams as part of projects or deals and proactive proposals to Clients.
I do Pre-sales Solutioning & Consulting with Clients for Business Development where I engage with the Heads and Leads of the Client Organizations to drive proactive mutual business opportunities, end customer outcomes and transformation initiatives to support growth for the Client organizations as well as my company. I enabled directly up to $10M business development for my previous company in the previous 5 years.
I do People Leadership where I am leading cross-functional teams and mentoring the people for their growth and career aspects. I manage the team appraisals, promotions and diversity and inclusion aspects.
I also contribute to the Project Management in terms of cost estimations, project planning, quarterly planning meetings, stakeholder engagement and traceability, requirements and product backlog management and Vendor facilitation.
I have various certifications and I am continuously upskilling myself in technology & domain fields. I have published whitepapers and different articles spanning across domain and technology subjects. I give tech talks and shows in industry communities as well. TV Channels Delivery over IP Broadband using Multicast ABR
A new industry standard specification called as Multicast ABR can be used to deliver the TV channels (Linear & Live) over end-to-end managed broadband networks. The new standard will enable the ISPs to build cost effective and scalable delivery solution for TV channels while meeting the required QoE for the Pay TV Services.

Automation of Network Services & Operations
CSPs have to develop solutions for automating the Network “Services” driven by Intents in addition to the automation of internal Network “Operations” (NetOps) driven by Policies so that the cloud like flexibility, cost optimization, efficiency and resiliency can be achieved end-to-end for delivering the digital connectivity services for B2B, B2B2X and B2C usecases based on 5G and other Network technologies.

Centralized Enterprise Network & Security Appliance Services
Typically, enterprises will have long term CapEx based long term licensing agreements with Network Appliance Vendors and hence, the obvious expectation would be to carry forward those licenses and continue use those tested and proved solutions for the traffic associated with the workloads that are moved to Cloud as well.
